Life Groups

The purpose of Life Groups are to be the church through Fellowship, Discipleship and Outreach. Every group has at least one of these as a focus—most are a combination! Everyone is encouraged to participate in at least one group, and may join several. “Semesters” last 6 months, then we have a sign-up Sunday for a new set of Life Groups, but you may join at any time.

Fellowship = Friendship

• A great place to find a friend.

• An opportunity to connect with others.

• A context to give and receive from one another.

Discipleship = Following Jesus

• A place to learn about God and the Bible.

• A place to grow spiritually.

• A place to help others grow by developing your gifts.

Outreach = Serving and Sharing

• A place to serve Jesus by serving others.

• An opportunity to have our needs met by receiving.

• A context to share and introduce others to Christ.

College & Career

For 18, 19, and 20somethings that focuses on building relationship with God and others. Every Sun. at 7 PM.

Dance!

This group explores dance: in the Bible, interpretive, choreographed and spontaneous. Open to anyone 5 years and older. Meets weekly on Saturdays from 11-12:15.

Dave Ramsey Financial Peace Life Group

Share the financial wisdom of Dave Ramsey. Meeting Saturday evenings for 13 weeks.

Family Fun Night

Fun nights include game nights, picnics, karaoke, movies, and volleyball. Meets on the last Friday of the month from 7-9pm.

First Friday Fellowship

Potluck dinner, sing-along, and sharing in a reading of the Word.
1st Friday of the month, 6-9 pm

iBethel

Gather at New Day to receive the Sermon of the Week and special Seminars from Bethel Church in Redding, California (www.ibethel.tv)
Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm. No meetings in December. Meetings Resume in January.

Living Free – Healing & Restoration

Experience healing from your real life issues through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, 7-9 pm

Men’s Group

A men’s group focused on building relationship and prayer. Every other Sun., 5-6:30 PM

Parenting

Explore the ups and downs of parenting, while praying and supporting one another. Life group discussions will be centered on a video based teaching.
Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:00 pm.

Purple Book – Foundational Bible Truths

This is New Day’s class covering the foundational truths of Christianity.
It is recommended for everyone to take, if you are or want to become a member.
Sundays 5 -6:30 pm (12 weeks).

Walking with God

Walk together for exercise and prayer. This will be an opportunity for outreach to the community. Children are welcome.
2nd and 4th Saturday mornings

Women’s SPA Group

SPA= Supplying Positive Affirmation. A women’s group dedicated to developing deeper friendships with women at New Day. 1st and 3rd Wed. of month from 7-9 PM.

Young Married Couples (YMC)

Married people in their 20’s & 30’s meet once a month for a night of fun! 1st Fri. of month.
