LIFE GROUP SIGN UPS SUNDAY, AUGUST 22ND!!

Father/Son Camping Trip
Bill Menser will be hosting a Father/Son Camping Trip September 17-19th to the Manistee River.  There will be a meeting Sunday, August 22 to go over details of the trip.  Please pick up a flyer at the Connection Counter for more information, and sign up on the Connection Card.

Angel Food Orders
Will be taken during Intersection and after second service, and on Thursdays from 12-1:00 PM.  Sunday, August 22nd is the last day to order for the August 28th pick up date.  See Dave & Pat Musall.

Join Us for a Baby Shower
Honoring Ellen Gazi on Tuesday, August 24th at 6:30 PM at New Day!!  Please RSVP on the Connection Card.  Ellen and her baby girl are registered at Target and Babies R Us.

Breakthrough Prayer
Come join this Wednesday, August 25th, from 1:00-2:30 at New Day for prayer and intercession.  See Sarah Gerber for more details.

Exploring Membership Meeting
Sunday, September 12th is your next opportunity to learn how you can become a member of New Day, get to know Pastor Cameron, and get answers to any questions you might have.  The meeting will follow second service, and lunch is provided.  Children and other family members are welcome to join for lunch; childcare will be provided during the meeting.

New Day SC Women’s Retreat
New Day Church South Carolina is hosting a Women’s Retreat October 21-23 in Myrtle Beach, and New Day MI ladies are invited to join in!!  Sign up on the Connection Card  and turn in your $20.00 deposit.  Sign-up deadline has been extended to August 29th!!

Hot Enough For You?
For many in our community, there is no relief from the relentless heat.  The Kalamazoo Deacons Conference is in need of electric fans for their guests.  Donations may be dropped off at 1010 N. Westnedge, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Also, Back to School sales have begun – KDC is in need of back packs, trapper keepers, and school supplies for our Back 2 School event.

WorshipArts
is a group worship and ministry education program lead by Peter Webb for students ages 11-18, and the fall semester starts September 11! A major focus of WorshipArts is to give students the knowledge necessary to participate in any worship team.
