New Day SC comes to New Day MI!
Please welcome our beloved church plant team, Scott and Stephanie Jones and Dave and Amy Boersma!!! The Boersmas and Joneses left us in 2008/2009 to plant New Day Community Church in Summerville, SC, and will be joining us Sunday, June 27th at both services. Dave and Amy will be leading worship and Scott and Stephanie will be speaking.
Graduation Open House:
For Gwen Frentheway is Sunday, June 27th from 2-5 PM at New Day. Gwen and her family were part of our New Day family before moving to Baltimore in 2009. Please join us in blessing Gwen!
Communion Sunday!
Is Sunday, July 4th. Parents, please keep your children with you in worship; they will be dismissed to their classes following the celebration of Communion.
Special Guests!
Dennis and Kaku Sager, from Hope International Fellowship, our sister church in Japan, will be speaking to us on Sunday, July 4th.
New Day at Van Buren State Park!
Regular Sunday Services will not be held at New Day on August 15th. Instead, come join us at Van Buren State Park, where we will be worshipping together and sharing a potluck meal.
Outreach Opportunity!
Jesus Loves Kzoo is sponsoring Grill & Prayer Nights July 12-16 at varying locations in inner-city Kalamazoo. Prayer, participation, and donations are needed. To find out more about this unique mission opportunity, pick up a flyer or application at the Connection Counter.

Take a Walk on the Wild Side
Of the church, that is! Did you know that behind the building there is beautiful acreage and a nicely kept walking trail, complete with bench? We are inviting the church to take a stroll and prayer walk in the peace of God’s amazing creation!
Angel Food Orders
Will be taken during Intersection and after second service, and on Thursdays from 12-1:00 PM. Sunday, July 25th is the last day to order for the July 31st pick up date. See Dave and Pat Musall for more information.
Hospice Care of SW Michigan
is seeking volunteers to provide companionship and respite care to families coping with terminal illness, dying, and loss. Training will take place this summer. See the bulletin board for more information.
