Breakthrough Intercession
Would you like to take part in a special time of prayer and intercession for our church and our community? Come join us Tuesday, April 27th from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at New Day. See Carrie Hays for more details.

Japan Team Reverse Mission Trip!
A team from Hope International Fellowship in Izunokuni-shi, Japan (Dennis and Kaku Sager’s church) will be visiting us in June. We need to raise $6,000 to make this trip possible for them. Please place contributions in a collection envelope and designate it “Dennis and Kaku Sager”.

Japan Luncheon Fundraiser!
Join us Sunday, April 25th at 12:45 after second service for a fun and exciting Japanese-themed meal! This is a great opportunity to get a little taste of the culture of our Japanese brothers and sisters, as well as to support their visit to our church and our country. Donations will be accepted toward the Japan Reverse Mission Trip.

The Search for the Lost Coin
Kid’s Church and The RUSH class are in a race to see who can collect the most coins to send to the Burgers for their orphanage in Haiti. They are searching high and low, on the ground, under sofa cushions, in their piggy banks, and, possibly, your pockets. Please support our children’s efforts to help their adopted Haitian brother Chrislin. They would welcome your donations!!

Haiti Update—NEW MESSAGE!
Please check the bulletin board to read a NEW message from Walt and Darlene Burger’s Haiti Ministry. Please be praying for Dan Jefferies and Scott Jones as they return from ministering in Haiti this week.

Mary Simchera and Cyrus Johnson
Request the honor of your presence at their wedding May 22, 2010. If you did not receive an invitation you may pick one up at the Connection Counter. Sign up now on the Connection Card.

Alternatives Pregnancy Care Center
is looking for a church representative to help communicate their message and promote their events. An informational luncheon for representatives regarding their annual LifeWALK will be held April 29th. See the posting on the bulletin board for more information.

Project Connect
is a day of FREE services for low-income and homeless individuals and families in Kalamazoo County.  The event will be held on May 12, 2010 from 1pm to 6pm at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center (fairgrounds). This event brings together services that individuals and families need to a single location on a single day so that they are not shuffled from agency to agency to try to get services. If you need help, or know someone who does, check the bulletin board or go to www.kalamazooahp.org. Volunteers and donations are also needed to help make this event a success.
